3. Steps to send your email
message:
1. In the Subject: Indicate the name of your course and the reason for your inquiry.
Example: [Course name] — I cannot play the video
2. In the Body of the message always include:
- Your full name
- The email you registered with on the platform.
- A clear description of your question or problem.
- If it is a technical issue, please attach a screenshot and tell us if you use a computer or a cell phone.
